faster pace hill and flat 42 min 16.2 mph strong head wind to start
great run 4 miles in 33.45 that is my best time per mile and it was nice and hilly but i cant run or bike anywhere around here without big hills comming or going!!

Great ride tonight cool temps made it very comfortable. 20 miles of farmland riding hills and flats avg. 16.9 mph run tomorrow.
nice run to the park and around in it about 3.5 miles sore after 2o mile mt bike ride yesterday
16 fast miles at 18.1 mph then 2 cool down miles TRT 1:03
feeling really good on the bike looking to go to 50 miles here soon. On the MT bike.
20 fast miles pushed it hard 18.5 mph average with strong head wind comming back. first 10 miles averaged 20.5mph that is on a MT bike folks !!!!
ran an easy 3.5 thats enough for me!!!!
