| got a new fancy carbon road bike and took it out mid day in 90Deg heat with a 70 dew point not smart ran it for 24 miles to get familiar with it!! goes fast and is an easy ride! |

| put the new bike through its paces tonight. ran a 21 mile tt @ 20.1 mph!!! not too bad it is super hot here then took it home through the hills and did a total of 28 miles @ speed 18.5 with the hills in there. P.S word of warning dont finish a hard night of TT with 7 miles of hills not smart and not good on the body esp. with dew point at 70 again.. looking at my first road race on wed supposed to be 90 deg. i am just going to get my feet wet and see how it is riding in a group of 60 at 20 + mph for 1 hr 30 min. is LOL. i think i might get tired?? |

| I did it my first road bike race 40 mile total lap event each lap is 2 miles. It was brutal the pack took off like a rocket and i was sucking air i found my grove and went at it came on really strong at the end i will just be marked as finished no place for me i need alot of work to get up to speed!! i have 104 miles in this week already and its only wed. |
