just hit 1500 miles for the summer!!! WOW never would have guessed it would happen!!

I am going to try and get 2000 for the year we will see!

62 miles of my first century attempt and i am now rained out i thought i could still get in un the 24hrs rule but not to be i have to leave out in 2 hrs to make it and it is still pouring ran,

good note 62 miles in 3 hrs 25 min!! 18.4 mph.

race night was great last of the year and i did well i took a week off and did some leg training but not enough cardio. avg 20.5 mph
