good long ride 23.3 mile in stiff side wind avg 17.7 mph 1:18:30. too long time to cut to good hill rides from 10 - 15 miles !!!!! legs where in awsome shape from training in the Mts. over the weekend first 10 mile big ring little back = fast !!!!
