feeling really good on the bike looking to go to 50 miles here soon. On the MT bike.
20 fast miles pushed it hard 18.5 mph average with strong head wind comming back. first 10 miles averaged 20.5mph that is on a MT bike folks !!!!
ran an easy 3.5 thats enough for me!!!!
running today a little we will see how far the bike ride yesterday was brutal!!
