great longer training ride for this weeks race 32 miles in 1:35 right at 20 mph. that is 172 miles sunday to sunday
22 miles at race night but i bonked ran flat out of gas not a good feeling
great ride after bonking last night at the race.. felt good today ran it hard on the hills at 18.4 mph for 28 miles.
nice fast pace 20 mph for 20 miles 2 mile cool down
