yes 6 mile tt 2 3 mile timed sprints. in 90 deg heat. 10:20 out 9:40 back total 20 min. which is slowwwww,
got a new fancy carbon road bike and took it out mid day in 90Deg heat with a 70 dew point not smart ran it for 24 miles to get familiar with it!! goes fast and is an easy ride!
